The seafront promenade
The promenade is the beach's spine and the city's best linear park: flat, continuous and traffic-free from the W tower to the Fòrum, with rental bikes and skates available along the way.
On wheels
Bike and skate rental dots the whole route; the surface is kind and the distance door to door about five kilometers. Electric scooters share it: keep right and mind pedestrians.
On foot, in sections
As a walk it splits naturally: port to Olympic port is the postcard stretch, and Bogatell to Mar Bella the local one. Doing it all at sunset end to end takes a happy hour and a half.
The gyms of the sea
The outdoor workout courts, the climbing wall by the marina and the runners' pelotons at dawn complete a promenade that functions as the city's biggest open-air gym.
